Malfunctioning & defective mobile phone

I purchased MOTO E2 mobile set online from W S Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. vide their invoice no.BLR_WFLD20150500330288. dt. 8-5-2015.
From day one of use the speaker volume was low & there was cracking sound. I was as told by other users that this could be due to network related issues also. As the problem was persisting I visited their authorized service center at Thane for repairs. I was told that the speaker is faulty. As the set was under warranty they agreed to repair the set and issued me a docket on 12-5-2016. After innumerable follow ups telephonically & through emails the set was returned to after about 40 days.
When the problem recurred after a few weeks I took the set for repairs and was again issued a fresh docket on 29-5-2016. A day later they informed telephonically that the one SIM slot is damaged which needs to be repaired. I was asked to pay about Rs.330/ for this. But they were silent on speaker problem. I refused to pay the service charges. Perhaps they want to drag this issue till warranty period is over. Later I sent a mail to the address given in docket detailing the history of complaint. Till date there is no response from them.
