Cancellation of my membership and refund of money with immediate effect

I refer to my telephonic discussion of cancellation on 27th april itself subsequent calls made to you on 28th April morning and as well as evening for cancellation, but you refuse to cancel my membership. Further i sent you email dated 29/03/2016, still i didn't receive your cancellation letter from your side.

Your representative Mr. Karan promised me many things on phone but when asked in writing he refused saying I will get aaproval and call you but I still have not received any call from him and he is ignoring my calls.
You are using fraudulent practices in business operations by giving false promises and misrepresentation.
You cheated me by promising all false promises and not honored any of your written promises/commitments.
If there is any plan or package, there is most of the time some pamphlet. But here all is on white paper with hand writing. If there is really this kind of packages it is mentioned on website and we would know if there is any discount going on. Also as per government goods & services company act (As per latest amended), service provider must provide all tie-up list, address & contact details of 4-5 star hotel/resort/top health club promised customer transparently to customer in writting as it is an long-term 5 years assurance. It is customer rights to ask legally and you suppose to provide in writing transparently your tie-up list as per company acts not only for specific places. When you are not ready to share/provide tie-up property details in writing to us in advance, it is an clear breach of contract and clear cheating practice of priority international.
During presentation we were shown & promised 3/4/5 star hotel & resort printed booklet, brochures & list of properties & top rank health club membership facility & credit card 36 facility. i am well aware of such discounts going on whether it is mobile recharge or other but I never heard of this awesome scheme.
I have not got membership yet as once I checked google I found many fraud cases and did not pay a penny more. But still I want my 15000/- as I have not got any service.
As discussed over phone and email letter, priority international has clearly cheated me in all the aspects consequence of the faulty service i have incurred extra stress mental harassment for complaining and discussing with customer care daily.
I am not agreeing to your terms mentioned in purchase documents
time of selling you are promising us multiple things but when we are telling you for the benefit then you are denying from your promise.
once we give then payment then you are not entertaining us on call and not providing the services which you are offering.I am terminating my association with priority international i demand a immediate cancellation of my membership and full refund.
Note - i have not used any of priority international service and have already intimated on 27/04/16 itself & also subsequently spoken to you on 28/03/16 and 29th and e-mailed priority international customer service to cancel.
Kindly refund my money at earliest
