Goqii is a Health & Fitness related website. Few days back they ran a promotio program where you had to invite your friends to use their platform and they will give some goodies for it for Some payment.
The products offered by them doesn't even worth for the amount we have paid. There was some watch also which they claims to be a tracker. I placed my order to buy the watch as well as made the payment online.
Now it's been over like 45 Days so far,there is no any updates on my order, they completely denied to fullfill the orders. And now they are forcing me to buy their premium membership plan.
It has become very pathetic and they have collected the money from thousands of users which is more like a big scam made by this company.
I want to lodge a consumer court complaint on this. Please guide me further that what steps should i take.
