Non issue of RC after 10 month purchase of motorcycle - Shekhawati Honda Barmer

I purchased motor cycle on the name of my son omprakadh bishnoi Honda shine on 31 Aug 2017 from shekhawati Honda showroom with deposited down payment and finance of Rs 2800 per month approx . But till date RC and vehicle No not given to me. For this reason I can not used the vehicle and ride on road and many time face insult from traffic police at Jodhpur. But timely EMI deducted from my AC No 30084500751. But no fruitfull replied by insurance company agent and shekhawati show room. So purchased veh cost Approx 55000 which interest is required because i cannot used vehicle on road and hired other veh for my son for school use.
