POOR SERVICES AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR

I have become a member of your salon recently. I would like to share that I totally regret my decision of being associated with this SALON Named STRANDS and becoming a customer of this salon. THis salon has orientation of selling of your deals. What is most important to the staff is the satisfaction of SELF. I have been a customer of Lakme , Cleopatra , Femina Plus , tress lounge but has never seen such pathetic approach.

I am hereby providing you the gist of the resentment I got through due to your poor services and attitude of your staff.
FIRSTLY The customer approaches the salon and you give a very dramatic and effective presentation of how your hair has reached to the epitome of blight. There is extreme dandruff the hair r so rough and my treatment will work wonder on it. I will apply and it will just vanish and disappear as if the dandruff was never there on your scalp. You cant imagine what loss it can bring to your hair if you wont take this treatment and the result of my product will be beyond your expectation. There is no product right now in the market that does such magical transformation as my SP range does. Your hair demand it right now.
WITHIN 2 DAYS I GOT ITCHING ON HEAD AND ON 3RD DAY THE DANDRUFF WAS VISIBLE. THAT’S THE EFFECTIVNESS OF THE DANDRUFF TREATMENT WORTH Rs.2500 THAT YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE.

SECONDLY I think you people believe in cost cutting as you don’t have stationary to provide an esteemed member who is taking a membership worth Rs.11000 a membership card and a bill slip when he/she pays an amount. You just write down it on small visiting card briefly.
Another very important point is that you people have trained your personnel with the tricks to SAVE TAX or I would say EVADE TAX . You charge TAX saying we take it on chemical treatments and you don’t provide customer a BILL.
WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL INITIALLY THE STAFF WAS REFRAINED TO GIVE THEN THEY MENTIONED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED AND SERVICES TAKEN WHICH INCLUDED THE TAX AMOUNT WHICH WAS NOT SHOWN SEPARATELY ANYWHERE.
Your staff says CUSTOMERS DON’T ASK FOR THE BILL. SO my question is if customer don’t ask for the bill isn’t it your duty to still provide it. If there is no bill then who gave you permission to charge tax on it.
They still didnt mention the tax amount on the total services taken SEPARATELY and said that we mention the total service amount only.
So let me ask the service provider and management of 80 salons that DO YOU REALIZE WHEN YOU DON’T GIVE CUSTOMERS BILL & IF GIVEN DON’T MENTION THE TAX AMOUNT RECEIVED ON IT IS CLEAR INFRINGEMENT OF LAW. So you believe in cheating and befooling not only customers but also the Government. You people are taking advantage of customer unawareness with regard to your wrong practices.
LASTLY I wont criticize your staff for this as I could see the pressure of sales on their face, the pressure that has been created by you. Your staff provides the offer n services as if we are being obliged by them for some reason. You believe in QUANTITY AND NOT QUALITY. That’s how you opened 80 salons with no botheration of customer satisfaction and your tax evasion has led to creation of funds that will further help you open more salons with poorest of services.
I am a qualified person teaching students of same age group of what your staff is. I give them awareness about their consumer rights.
I had the option of downloading a COUPON and getting a discount of 50% on cut and 30% on chemical but I took your membership. Other salon gives direct discounts from their end without a second thought or any membership thing but your intention was to grab what you are getting (customer) and befooling them. That’s all.
I have deposited 6000 as part payment of membership. I would like you to know that I have taken the so called services of 3492 (inclusive of tax evasion amount ) and WOULD LIKE YOU TO KEEP THE REST OF THE AMOUNT AS AN ENDOWMENT FROM MY SIDE AS YOU SERIOUSLY NEED IT. I WILL SEE TO IT WHAT NEXT SHOULD BE DONE IN THIS MATTER.

AN EMAIL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONTENT WAS SENT TO THE EMAIL ID OF THE SALON BUT NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN GIVEN SO FAR. SAME WAS THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER.
