i booked ( ORDER NO :OR/00090/16-17) one piece of LG WINDOW AC 1.5 TON, MODEL NO 5CP5A on 8/4/2016 at the SALES EMPORIUM,443 JESSORE ROAD, SATGACHHI, KOLKATA-52,MOBILE NO 9674011108, by cheque payment of Rs 28,000/-They promised me to deliver the product the same day they receive the money in their bank account. My cheque amount has been remitted to their bank account on 12/4/2016. Inspite of calling them on their mobile couple of times and again taking the trouble to go to the shop again on 12/4/2016 at around 7PM to remind them to deliver the product without delay. Now on 13/4/2016, at around 5 PM one Ms SHAMPA, called from the shop saying thatthe model i ordered is not available and asking me to accept a different model. I refused to accept any alternative AC MODEL. now they have switced off their mobile and i do not know when would they deliver my ordered and paid for product . they are harassing me and holding on to my money. PLEASE look into this arm-twisting attitude of the shop in forcing to accept a bonafide customer a different model number product. In the first place they should not have accepted and trapped me to order and pay for a product they cannot deliver. kindly request initiate suitable actions to set things right.
