I bought willet smart led at 30 nov. 2021 with 3 years warranty. Now I facing problem in led. I called co. Helpline no. At 22 march 2023 they demanding 300 rs for visit they know that my tv in warranty.
I denied service charges than they give me instructions .From 22 march to 27 march I followed backup atbco. Helpline number. Co. Representative said that they can only instructions . They can't send technician for service and problem. He also not registered my complaint . I have all conversation recording with company representative and co. Helpline chats. This all procedure I get very harassment and feel insult from co. Employees . Please take action against willet india pvt ltd. And this employees from fmy complaint.
