TV not getting repaired

I have purchased a Panasonic 43 inches smart tv and is under warranty. I lodged a complaint in respect of non working of complaint at Customer care no 18008891044 on 15.09.2020 .
A technician visited my residence and told me that the damaged part will be replaced in 4/5 days.But he visited on 30.09.2020 and at the time of part replacement, he told me that part is a mismatched one and ask me wait for few days.
After 20 days he again visited another mismatched part and since then no response from their side.
I made an attempt to speak to any Senior executive on their customer help line but no result. On 27.10.2020, I was asked to hold the call for 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 10 minutes before the call was disconnected from their side.
I am unable to view TV due to the deficiency of service from Reliance Digital Network..
I have already paid advance charges for my DTH services and unable to watch the TV
