I have Huawei Mate S mobile purchased in Saudi Arabia .
I am experiencing , diminishing sound problem ..
When you start playing any video , for the first 5 seconds the music or audio is heard and there on it suddenly mutes itself .
Can anybody help me on this issue to solve the problem , please ???
