Vryy bad service in Hospet...My cellphone samsung A5,AFR two months without any display damage, without any dent on it...display got blank... i went to d service centre, thr i got reply ur set has been bent ,itz metallic body shame Evn though i got repaired by Payinn 6850 n same set aftr 7months display turned to blue colour without any display damage, here in Hospet service centre he said because of pressure it has been so it cannot be done in warranty it will charge 5500...
That cellphone got repaired in hyderabad samsung service centre in warranty without costing anything.... Here in Hospet they are looting... vryy bad service centre

I, Mr. Sagar Kothari, had purchased a Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) on (Date). Unfortunately, three months later, I accidentally dropped my Phone on the floor and it resulted in a broken screen. I immediately went to the Company's authorized service center to get it fixed. I knew that physical damage isn't covered under company's warranty and hence got a paid service. The device worked perfectly fine after the repair and I continued using it.
As luck would have it, I broke the display once again and had to get it fixed yet again, around fifteen days back.
This time around, though, I noticed a blur on the display exactly a week later. It wasn't an easy one to notice and I noticed it only after I coincidentally held the device in a particular angle. I was in the middle of a family wedding when this happened to notice this and hence couldn't check in to a service center immediately.
As soon as I was back, I went to the service center to report it. The repair engineer at the service center, though said this had happened because of physical damage. I informed them that I hadn't damaged my Phone this time around and that the display seemed to have a manufacturing defect. To put it on official record yet again, no physical damage was caused to the handset this time and there are no fresh signs of that either. I have left the handset for assessment at the service center and thought I should write an email to the customer care to get the faulty display replaced under warranty.
Please do the needful at the soonest and get my display repaired.
