I have purchased LeMAX2 mobile from lemall.com on 3rd july for Rs.22999/-. Received instrument on 7th july. It is not turning on. I took this instrument to service centre & they said this is faulty piece , please contact company directly. Hence I submitted return request on 8th July 2016. As per company return policy within 10 days of receipt of product , if you return it no question will be asked. However in my case the mobile is defective piece. However till date company hasn't refunded my money
