Complain against bookmyshow.com for unnecessary Payment charges

I had transferred ₹1000/- to bookmyshow.com and the amount havent transferred to their wallet. So I made a call to their customer care and the response is the amount has not transferred due to technical issues and they are not responsible for the payment. They told me the fault is from bank side (HDFC Bank). He suggested me to book ticket now from other source and the amount will be transferred with in 24 hours.

The case is bookmyshow.com has asked me to pay amount in their wallet and for that I had transferred ₹1000/- and the excuse is the problem is from HDFC Bank. I am not concerned about the bank or technical issues the only thing I was willing to do is to book my movie tickets but they are asking me to transfer more money so that I can book my ticket. Its is like I need to pay amount for their technical issues. I had budget of ₹1000/- and now they are willing me to spend ₹1200/- approx 1000/- I had already transferred and to book ticket I have to pay approx 200/- extra. And if I want to transfer the wallet amount which will credit in their account(bookmyshow.com) the next day to my bank account then I have to pay 2% of the charges. I would like to solve this issues because such platforms are taking hard earned amount as granted and they dont care about money.
