Dear Sir, I have bought a refrigerator frost free 241 SD SILVER ATOM 4.4 (INVERTER) (2016)-001209050011 FROM SALES INDIA ASHRAM ROAD BRANCH ON 19TH MAY 2016 WITH UNDER EXCHANGE & MY BILL VALUE INR 25000/- INVOICE NO.SI-ASH-16-17-004559. THE NATURE OF COMPLAINT : From day one 19/05/16 from I used it, I did not get cooling in it and immediate I register a complaint to sales india & I got a complaint no. A2005593178 (20.05.2016) & NITESH KUMAR GUPTA HAD ATTEND THE COMPALINT BUT NOT SOLVED BY HIM THEN i AGAIN LOGGED A COMPLAINT NO. A240594808 AGAIN NITESH KUMAR GUPTA CAME ON 24 MAY 2016 & AGAIN HE FAILED TO TRACE THE FAULT & COMPLAINT NOT SOLVED, THEN I KEEP COMPLAINING FOR THE SAME BUT NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM EITHER GODREJ OR SALES INDIA. ON 31/05/2016 AGAIN A COMPLAIN NO.A3105598020 GENERATED & MR.SANJAY KATHERIYA HAS ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AS SENIOR TECHNICIAN ON 01.JUNE.2016, & KEEP THE REFRIGERATOR UNDER OBSERVATION SINCE THAN 1 june 2016 to till date (7th June 2016) & Now Sales India & Godrej both are not responding & misbehaving on call. I have a hand written complaint acknowledge copy from sales India for this complaint & on 1st june 2016 I have registered a complain to smartcare@godrej.com,info@godrej.com,sm.ashramroad@salesindia.com,my complaint was acknowledge with request no.(74435) dated 01 june 2016 since than no respond either Godrej or Sale India (seller). Pls help me to give my money back,here I am giving you permission to take any legal action to be required Godrej company/ Sales India (seller). For any further clarifications pls call me.
