I have purchased a jaipan make hand blender via online shopping. Last month suddenly, there was a problem occurred in it and the machine was stopped working. The machine comes under the warranty.
I approached Jaipan customer care and they had given me the contact detail of service provider at here (for Surat region). Servicer provider detail as- Aeron Electrical (Contact person Mr – Javid Shaikh). I had handed over my equipment at there on 11.04.2016.
Till date there was no proper response from the service provider. He gave me the false commitment. I have also approached jaipan customer care repeatedly. They were only assuring that they they will take care of matter. But neither agency is giving me the update about my equipment and problem. Also not informing what is cycle of time Jaipan is taking for warranty items repair. Many times both agencies were not attending the call also.
I am really fed up by this much follow up and having perception that how badly the brand Jaipan is treating the customer. I have made no of calls on jaipan landline number through my mobile and being charged for the STD calls. (If required, I can produce my phone call details)
I am expecting that you will take serious note of my mail and proper actions will be taken in favor of customer, or I am indirectly forced by Jaipan to approach for consumer court or legal ways.
I have attached invoice copy and warranty card for your reference
