I have purchased a PRESTIGE gas stove of MODEL- ROAYLE PLUS SCHOTT GLASS TOP Gt02 Ai on 28-Aug-2017 from RAMCO HYPERMARKET, RAMCO ARCADE, KUTTYIL JN, MANNAR{ph: 0479-2311130, 8086077493}

(GST NO : 32ACVPP5859K1ZQ). Even within the warranty period we are facing many problems of which the continuous occuring is related to the flame. Suddenly the flame getting reduced because of some issues of the item. We always contact the service provider while it happens, but they reach us after two or three days or even more.Most often we repair it by giving money to some other agents since we cannot wait till the service providers should reach us as you may aware of the difficulties of cooking without gas stove. Even after they came they are blaiming us that the problem is happening because of ant in our house and they suggest to use kerosene over the parts of gas stove. We are afraid to follow their instructions and fed up with this issue which is happening continuously.Also the Auto Ignition stopped working.
I hereby request you to kindly give top priority in this case and do the needful immediately.
