That on 11th October, 2023 I order to install PVC Wall Panels at my residence at C-6/7, Flat No. 6259, ground floor, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi through the Official App of the Urban Company.
1. It was schedule for at home consultation on 13th October, 2023. Booking got cancelled from the company end and reschedule on 14th October, 2023.
2. That start the work not as per the schedule their was a delay of 5 days.
3. On 14th October, 2023 I paid Rs 20,0009/- as an advance for the services.
4. I observed that from the first day company professional was in unprofessional manner owing to his hasty mannerism while doing his work.
5. That on 21st October 2023 company professional stated that there is a need for more PVC Wall Panels as some of the PVC wall Panels were missing and some were defected
6. Till date the missing and replaced of the PVC Wall Panels has not arrived.
7. I further noticed that company professional broke the ladder, he even broke the switch plate, he damaged the cupboard and he made a huge scratch on the bed.
8. That on 22nd October, 2023 till date I raised the aforesaid concerns with the company but no vail.
9. This has caused me irreparable loss, mental agony, loss of time and money.
10. That in view of the above I am entitled to compensation for causing damages, mental tension, agony, loss of time. I further entitled to called upon to pay Rs 20,009/- as refund which was paid in advance for services for installation of the PVC Wall panel.
