i have purchased 6 products from flipkart(bills attachd).After delievery of products i found out 4 of 6 products as defective,so i raised return request within return policy.My return request got approved from flipkart and was scheduled for pickup on 21st may.but on 18th may i received mail from flipkart regarding forwarding of documents like aadhar/pan for account verification purposes.as soon as i forwarded them documents my flipkart account got blocked and all my return requests got cancelled.and when inquired from flipkart they are saying that' due to high number of request our system blocked you'.But when asked about why my return request got accepted and under which flipkart policy they have taken this step they are not replying me.Now i have 30,000 Rs on stake here and since last month i am fighting with flipkart authorities just to get me my refund .After loosing all my hope and last resort i am forwarding my complaint to you. hope to see this issue resolved soon.
