I took the service of M/s Eklavya Packers And Movers, Gurgaon for transportation of my house luggage from Delhi to Haridwar. The Agency has given a copy of the bill (pdf) at my WhatsApp no. As the sent copy was sufficient to billing for payment from my office, I requested the agency to send the original (ink signed) bill along with a photocopy each of the insurance of the gadi by which the transportation was done and the driver licence. Inspite of my repeated requests (telephonically and WhatsApp), the Agency gave only fake assurance and the above said documents has been sent. Further the Agency has stopped taking my calls. Therefore I have no option but to submit to the Hon'ble Consumer Court.
I pray to the Hon'ble Court to order to the Agency to pay compensation equal to the paid amount of the bill plus Rs.1.00lakh for the harrassment, humiliation and time wastage caused by the Agency throughout this episode, to set a right example before the society and service providers as well.
