I Purchased mobile from mobile store along with insurance for damage. In March 2016 the mobile screen got damaged, the same was repaired in discussion with mobile store and insurance company, however they are not reimbursing money even after submitting all document properly as per there required format and all approval is being taken.

All communication with mobile store and insurance company is attached.
even after following up for no action is being taken and they are making fake promises.
