I got a call from 9967416925 person name aman gupta on 30/06/2016. he called me 3/4 times to give assurance that this is not fraud company. pls trust them
He told me about today's offer that if i book their national package -1 for rs 5555/-. i will get one gift such as 2 ton a/c / led tv / dell laptop and many more. firstly i was not trusting aman but later on when he called me 3/4 times and assured me that this is genuine company and i will be getting my gift in next 24 to 48 hours and he even send me pdf file for their hotel tie up to book package for family.
After regular call from aman, i booked one national package of rs 5555/- and paid money online at the same. aman guided me also how to register on website and pay money online thru website. i got confirmation return mail also from [email protected] with 7 days money back guarantee. i got verification call also from 08080821243 (customer care no.) in next 15 mins that my order has been confirmed and my gift will be dispatched very next day due heavy rain in mumbai. she also told me that she will call very next day to give pod no. of the courier dispatched by the company.
Aman told me that they send every courier thru bluedart.
To my surprise very next day no one called me. i tried 3/4 time customer care no. then a lady picked that phone and told me that their is heavy rain in mumbai their server is down. pod will be shared after 3 pm (2 day)
Around 3 pm, i got a message of speed post no. em... i try to call on customer care no. and initial no. from where original call recd. by me to talk to aman gupta that he committed me courier will come thru bluedart and their will be no fraud at all.
Then their fraud started... since then no one is picking both no.'s since 1st jul'16 to till date. i have send 17 reminder mail since then to get my money back.. no one reverting on call and even on mail also.
