Complaint against Ola Cabs Misleading T&C of an Offer ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The Offer code is OLARUPAY.

The T&Cs were as follows:

1) Offer is only applicable on Transactions made for an amount of Rs. 250/- or more, made only using the RuPay Card

2)The cashback amount shall not exceed a sum of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only)

3) Offer is valid only during the Offer Period, i.e. (June 18th, 2016 till August, 31, 2016)

4) The Offer can be availed only on one (1) Transaction per customer per month during the Offer Period

5) Customer needs to apply code OLARUPAY to avail the offer.

6) Cashback amount generated on the Offer will be credited to customer’s ZipCash Ola Money Wallet account instantly

On receiving an SMS from OLA, I added Rs.599/- via NetBanking. The Merchant did not credit My account with Rs.25/-.
On writing a complaint with Ola, following reason was cited for declining to credit Ola Money Account with Rs.25/-:
"While making online purchase using RuPay debit card, ATM pin should be used."

The T&C only stated to use Rupay Card without explicitly stating "Debit Card + Pine" be used to recharge Ola Money account.

I demand Rs.25 + Rs.2,500 as compensation charges (I have been made to spend a day writing & responding to e-mail, lodging complains at various forums.
