Many private shops are charging an extra amount of RS.1 or 2 from the consumer. Since residing in a village the villagers are unable to make their complaints against the shops. Although the extra amount charged is merely RS 1 or 2 but it still is against the law. The local villagers are being bullied by the shopkeepers. I would like to know what actions will the government take in regard to this complaint.
