No cash credit in wallet, I paid Rs 1500 to cashier of big bazaar, Galaxy Mall, Burnpur, Asansol

I paid Rs 1500 to cashier of big bazaar, Galaxy Mall, Burnpur, Asansol (W.B.) on 8th March, 2019 to pay my bill through futurepay wallet due to some offers, but did not get credit in my futurepay wallet. The cashier said that he will not give Rs 1500 back because there might be some server problem and asked to wait for 1-1.5 hour or pay through cash again. We again paid cash and purchase the goods. But did not receive cash in wallet after 7 days also i.e., till 14th March, 2019 also. Please help.
