Order placed on January 2nd was marked as delivered on January 3rd, however no package was ever received. complaint was filed on January 4. Since then, they have been prolonging investigation deadlines and withholding my money, torturing me mentally. This is happening for the second time. Similar circumstances occurred in the past, and I lost 1k rupees. This is currently happening a second time.
