    Dear Mobikwik Team,
    Good Day!!

    Subject : Mobikwik - Unresolved issue and unauthorized transaction complaint as on 26th November 2023 from Mobikwik account and Ticket ID - 11549908

    I trust / hope this message finds you well and correction subject.

    I am writing on behalf of my brother Mr.Nithin Chandra to report an unauthorized transaction that occurred on Date: 26th November 2023 in his account/mobikwik wallet. The transaction in question involves an amount of Rs 57000/- and wants to escalate the matter that has remained unresolved despite my efforts to seek a resolution.

    1st transaction had failed.
    2nd transaction successful.

    We have already contacted your team and refer Ticket ID - 11549908. However, we aren't received any response or resolution on this matter.

    We kindly request your immediate attention to investigate this unauthorized transaction and take necessary actions to resolve this issue promptly and also urge for the reversal of the amount deducted from my brother's account due to this unauthorized transaction.

    We have attached transaction screen shot for your reference and also sharing you message from cyber crime (The complaint 21612230045457 submitted by you at NCRP is forwarded to East CEN Crime PS on 02/12/2023 12:20:59. You may contact the East CEN Crime PS for further followup with them. Regards National Cybercrime Reporting Portal).

    We had contacted your Customer care number 080 6980 8320 and no response yet.

    Despite raising this concern and following the necessary procedures outlined, we regret to inform you that we have not received a satisfactory resolution or response to rectify the unauthorized transaction.

    As a valued customers, we deeply concerned about the security of my account and the prompt resolution of this matter. We kindly request your immediate attention to escalate this issue within your department and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue expediently.

    Regrettably, despite our attempts to address this concern through the designated channels and following the protocols outlined, We have not received a satisfactory resolution or acknowledgment of the severity of this issue.

    Considering the importance of security and customer satisfaction, We are reaching out to escalate this matter to your attention, seeking further assistance in resolving this issue swiftly and effectively.
