Not accepted online payment & bill not generated ,scold me filthy language

On 9/11/2022 i purchased one 500 ml asian paint tin of 200 rupees from satya sai agencies near d-mart kurnool .
Dur to in sufficient money i requested him to accept online payment , he declined my request and rashly says go and file a case for not accepting online payment.
After so many aurguements he scold me with unparlamentary language , and said other than sales account person phone pay number .after payment bill not generated.
Please file a case on his rude behaviour and cancel his dealership.and 100 times penality.
