I would like to bring to your notice that,
Restaurant Address:
Gilly’s Resto- Bar, BEL Road, Prem Prasad complex, 4th Floor, 560054,Bangalore, Karnataka
charging us 40Rs for 19rs water bottle.

Time: 00:04 am
First we requested Manager “Karthik Reddy” for 21rs extra from MRP, however, he started saying "everyone pays" and "its my house my rule". We paid it telling that we might have to complain regarding this. Then he started saying
“you guys are well educated but you still have to pay”.
I am requesting to take some strict actions so restaurant like such will not ceat customers.
