Hello all
I recently ordered a Samsung fridge in Girias tambaram branch , I paid 60000 rs via cc payment on 14th January 2021 and they said the product will be delivered max by 28th January 2021 but I would receive my product within one week
Then I dint receive my product even on 28th January then on 28th January they asked for another date till 5th February 2021
Again today 5th they are askikt for 15 th February 2021 date to deliver the product
They are cheating the customers by committing mis leading dates now I need my money back 60000 rs but they told they will refund the money back kindly help
