Dear Sir,
It is very regretfully informed you that unhygienic emission of hot air from the opposite building’s AC outlet of my dining space. Our frequent verbal request since last one month to move aside the AC compressor outlet which is now directly projected to my window (distance is less than 2 feet) there is no result. In response to this, the concerned persons of M/S “Straight Line†(don’t know the actual name of the company, it is an event management company, owned by Mr. Debangshu Dasgupta, Sunny Nest Apartment, 1st Floor, 757/1 Kalikapur Road, Kolkata-78) behaved with me and my husband very badly and moreover, those people are very much adamantly threatening us. In this regard we also talk to their neighbour of that building and their reaction was they were already frustrated with this flat owner, Miss Susmita Roy who repeatedly unethically without their consent regularly use this flat for rent of different Offices (commercial purpose) only.
It is further informed that the concerned persons have set their office recently. We are aware of the fact that this type of emission contains toxic gases with hot air which is injurious to health. So it is polluting our flat environment and premises. In these circumstances it is earnestly requested to result in immediate relief to our family having one child with us.
But in this regard we don’t know who will understand my problem. In our country in our locality it is a general trend nobody (local Municipality Corporation, Police, even environment pollution control board) bothers about the inconvenience of people like this, they took this problem very lightly. As my husband working in private sector and I am also a working (9 am-7 pm) woman, we are really helpless where to go and how we will solve this problem. Please help us.
