Sir,
Myself Nilesh Ubhale customer of HTC since last year. I facing lots of problems in my device my cellphone was in warranty and i have been submitted my device in gallery on 20th may 2016. they cannot give proper information to me when i was enter in the gallery they asked me problem of device and i explained them. my device is in warranty but right now after 10 days i contact to customer care but i cannot satisfied. They want me a repairing cost when my device is in warranty i will not pay single money for repairing. yesterday, I went to collection point by the instruction of people who are seating in customer service centre they told me your cell phone had repaired but hadn't repaired.
it is a big harassment of customer , i will fight for justice against the company in consumer court and in front of central government cause you are not full fill the commencement to customer and misuse the right against customer by claiming false things. This is biggest scam of HTC, I will not collect cell phone from collection point till justice.
