7 star Frustrating services

Hi,

This in regards with the existing connection i have with 7star internet through your agent in oshiwara Babbu cable network (Bala ji internet) .

I am having problem from last 6 months but there is no solution to it.
First of all customer service is pathetic they don,t know anything about internet.

They will be the first ones to call you when you have your bill pending but whenever we call them for help or technical assistance they will be the last ones to do so.And whenever they do. Their only reply is get a new router from us , the one you have is faulty etc etc . Worst service.

I have read other complaints as well - people complains about They try to sell you router then some other changes , at the end of day after spending much amount and router etc , the service is still same and then customer service say that they can,t help.. What are customer services for ??

I am also going to post this complain on all online forums , including
Grahk seva, Consumer court & TRAI and also online reviews in every possible way..

I feel like i am wasting money by paying your company. I have to make a call on daily basis to get me speed check, i get .50 mbps speed , i am supposed to receive 1.5mbps in morning and 2.5mbps in night.

There is no complain resolution in past 6 months so finally i am writing this letter to all the concerned authorities.

I have bear many continuous losses because of complete shutdown of internet in nights , i give online photography classes and i am going in losses because of you people. And now i know how to tackle this case by my own. i have all the screen shots of internet speed and all the proofs i need to claim to consumer court.
