No update on prepaid status

I had ordered two lehengas worth Rs 7100 vide order no.100319668 on 21st Feb'15..but I m yet to get any response from team..while I have sent numerous mails there is no response..I having paid through credit card, the money has been claimed by craftsvilla bt aabsolutely no update available to me regarding the order
