Hi M/s CONTAI INDANE,
Currently I am availing LPG facility (Single cylinder) against Consumer Number – 25598. I have applied for DBC (Second Cylinder) & it got approved on 06-Feb-2015. I got an email wherein I have been asked to deposit some amount to my LPG distributer i.e. M/s CONTAI INDANE, Contai. I had gone to make the payment in the distributor office. But I was told that stock is not available and didn't take the payment. My concern is if I have been asked to make the payment and I am ready to do the same then then why it was denied by distributor and why should I visit the distributor office again and again for just to make payment. The request reference number of my DBC application is D150206181063329
Please let me know what all particulars/documents I need to carryout to submit the deposit amount and by which date.
Also, please let me know the exact deposit amount which I need to submit to avail DBC facility.
