Did not repair the Sony Experia Z mobile

I gave my my 'Sony Xperia Z' mobile phone for repair on 24th of March 2015 at Sonnet care, 13th Cross, Cmh Road, Hal 2nd Stage, Indiranagar. I have already paid half of the amount and customer representative told me you will get your phone within 15 days but even after 45 days i do not have any update from them.
Every time i called they says parts are not available and it will take another 15 working days.

This is really frustrating. This is Pathetic service. I really don't know where and to whom i need to escalate.
They have the worst service
provider i ever came across.
