Respected sir...my Name is shiva krishna, i live in kasipet village, Tandur mandal, Mancherial district, i bought bike 110 platina in Mancherial on 05.08.2022 at Mahi Bajaj showroom Mancherial, all services of my bike are correct method. I took it in But in 5th service I complained to them that my bike is not starting with self motor.
They checked the battery of my bike with Exide company on 17.07.2023 at Exide company's service center and told me that my bike battery failed.
But when I asked if my battery has a warranty of one or two years, they said my bike has covered 25000 kms so this warranty is not applicable for you.
No matter how many times you ask, Exide company says they will not give you the battery, Exide company
They showed me a rejection letter saying that my bike has traveled 25000 km and sent me away from their mahi bajaj showroom to hurt me please give me justice thanking you sir...
