Hello Sir,
I purchased two mattresses from the Kurl-On company which was under a 2-year warranty.The beds were not in good condition in a span of one year so we wanted to replace it and we filed a complaint with kurl-on customer service. As they have to replace the beds they closed the complaint saying that we did not respond to their calls. Even after 3 months, I did not hear from them, so I filed the complaint again by calling them directly. This time as it's been 1 and a half year they are going to give me only 25% discount by considering the date of the second complaint. They closed the first complaint by giving fake justifications and for the second complaint, they are ready to give debate. KIndly review my issue with Kurl-On mattresses and make justice by granting free replacement.
