Despite my frequent requests, UMA RAJENDRA CINEMAS 4K DOLBY ATMOS in DINDIGUL refused to put on AIRCONDITION in the theatre at 06.30pm show on 31.08.2023 (Movie is JAILOR). Kindly take severe action against the theatre management and advise them not to follow this practice in future. Please advise them to treat customers in a good manner.
