Not maintaining the theatre properly

The svr in dharapuram was not at all maintained . It totally stinks! At least ten chairs are broken in each screen and the AC is turned off after sometime once the movie was started this is not the first time . It has been worst experience for the past two years . Now it is so worst and seats are not even clean full of dust and mud. So much of bed bugs that has caused itching and allergy to many.I request the management to take of these problems and maintain the theatre clean and good . The sounds effects are so bad it's not even Dolby .
It's not worth all our money .
