Grievance Details:- According to the consumer he has a DTH connection of Reliance Big TV from many years..On 10 November,2018 he had recharged an amount of Rs.1500 for 1 year..But the last December,2018 the Reliance Big TV company shifted to Independent TV.Further the consumer ready to took the connection of Independent TV,but the company person informed to the consumer that they will convert the recharge package of 1 year but for that he have to pay some amount to the company .. Expected:-Consumer wants the company to convert the recharge pack without paying any charge..
