Harassment in providing Setup Box and Further in Services

Sea Cable Network Agra has provided setup box in Oct 2017 but even on demanding multiple times, no bill was provided and it was told that they will provide it very soon. Services of the setup box was disturbed but they always told that they will repair the setup box and did the same multiple times. The setup box provided and installed was already used. Further during Sept 2020 the set up box did not function on which they told that it is very old set up box and you will need to purchase a new one. On stating that it was newly purchased in 2017 they told to get it repaired and repaired with service amount of Rs. 150. It is pertinent to mention that the repaired setup box did not function effectively and they again took the same for appx. Two weeks in Nov 2020 wherein inspite of multiple times reminder they came and connected within five minutes. Further Shri Harendra Complaint supervisor told to compensate the same but when the time of recharge came and he was told to start the setup box with recharge and compensation of time he did not recharge the same and did not pick the phone inspite of multiple times calling. They totally disconnected the cable service. They have harrassed a lot in providing proper cable service, recharge service due to which we are forced to file the complaint. Till date no service of problem is done inspite ot informing verbally as well as on whats app and also no recharge is done. They only starting to non responding the phone calls. Hence the customer has no option but to file a complaint for such harrassment and to seek other options of cable.
