As per new TRAI rules from march 2020,cable operators can only charge max 40% of NCF on 2nd connection in the same house.
But Den cable is not providing any discount.
I have been complaining about it from last 3 months and after saying 2 months ago that I am eligible for discount and u will get that,all of a sudden now they are saying that I will not get any discount as they have changed registered name on 2nd connection from my name to my father's name on their own.
Den cable are using illegal means to get out of providing discount and have been harassing me mentally from last 2 years on similar complaints.
