Videocon d2h - Non activation of package on my mirror connection

This is very frustrating to have the service from Videocon D2H. Even after recharging I am not able to view the channels on my mirror connection.

I have been raising this issue for last 29th Jan 2019 to your customer care and they are neither able to restore the services nor refunding the amount.

They have also confirmed that this is due to non migration of package on mirror connection which is of not my concern. I have paid the money but not able to view the channels and none of the platform is able to give the solution.

2. 688602168 dated 11.02.2019

Kindly arrange the refund or additional days for delay in service from the date of restoration from initial complaint.
