I am safa from bihar this arshi whole shop ask me to transfer money from paytm for the dress which i want and i paid her before getting the money she told me that she will dispatch it in 8 days and when she got money she tell me that she needs time and i kept asking but she ignored and even not replyed after one month she just blocked me i know it is a fraud so i request to take leagal action against it bcz i have earned those money form my hard work and it is a crime which she has done iam waiting for the actiin against them thanku
