Dear Team,
As per the Ministry of Ministry of Broadcasting customer has rights to choose the channel of his choice and he has to pay for the same.
But Hathway is not providing this option to us. He is telling that this option is not available for your Cable Operator.
The package rate has been revised and they have increased by 50%. After that also the local cable operator is charging us Rs50 extra.
Kindly take the necessary action for the same.
