We have installed a DEN set top box from a local cable operator today i.e 1st May 2016 operator said it'll get activated after two hrs but since he had installed it my STB is showing security problem with error code 11 and I'm trying to connect that retard cable provider he's not answering the call..And on top of that he took 2000 rs for DEN's standard STB without any receipt saying we don't provide it.

This Sai Vision cable service is sheer fraud
Need REFUND as it doesn't seem anyone going to assist us on our issue
