Complaint against Den Boom Band

Den Boom Band Sales official offer wi-fi connection with written confimation/offer on application form 3 Months plus 2 month (total 5 months period) from 20th Dec, 2015 paid Rs 3000/- approx and it is valid till 18th May 2016. But they have disconnected on 18th March 2016.

I have approached so many times on customer care/sent mail to them. they do not respond and after producing the written proof. they denies that there are such offer and told me for enquiry/investigation, But till date I have not getting any reply from Den Boom Band.
