Their outlet at No. 1/273-A, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Padur, Chennai- 603103 broke my original Tag Heuer spectacles priced at INR 15000. They took my specs for changing the lenses & broke the frame. When I came to collect my specs the day after they were supposed to deliver the specs I came to find that they have broken my specs frame. They didnt inform me that the frame was broken. Their employee Mr. Sam & Ms. Ehma who took my specs agreed to give me a replacement frame of RAYBAN worth Rs. 6500 approx. I agreed to it. I’ve paid for my lenses already. Now their Territorial Manager Mr. Sham Sundar is backing out saying that it is not possible. I’m 7 months pregnant. It is a mental harassment coming again & again to discuss and arguing with them for even replacing the frame. I’ve accepted to take even a lesser quality and priced frame to settle the matter. But despite me ready to settle matters they are not helping a bit. Please help me.
