I had bought a hand held bag allen solly from flipkart on 03/06/2016.I had ordered a black product but I had received a blue product and later on I had filed a complaint regarding the same for which I had received an auto generated email that the issue will be solved within 24-48 hours but it has been 7 days and I have not received any support from them.Today I had called the customer support to complaint regarding non receipt of reply from flipkart and they dint lodge my complaint and disconnected my call which is very unfair and totally non professional behavior of the employees of flipkart.
