Wrong product and no return/exchange

I had ordered some tops from Homeshop18 which were delivered on 6 May evening. I tried the tops on 7 May and found that the size was wrong. The tag on the tops said that they were large. The bill also states the size as large. But they did not fit me. On Saturday and the whole of Sunday we tried calling on the numbers that the company flashes on the TV screen. Nobody took our calls. The company does not mention any customer care number on the TV screen or on their app or website.
When we called them again on Tuesday, 10 May, the company representative informed us that as per company policy, the product can be exchanged or returned only within 48 hours. The company does not mention anything of the sort on the bill or packaging. The 48 hours deadline is mentioned only for damaged or defective products.
They hide information from customers and deliver wrong products. They are cheating customers.
Now they are not ready to exchange the product or refund for it.
