This is regarding a Tailoring unit or Fashion boutique functioning at 14th Street, Tansi Nagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600042 named "Fashion Swap" who has treated the consumer very badly and was abusing us for the mistake they have done. We recently moved to India and we went to them for stitching a churidar. The product which we gave is worth Rs.1400. They accepted the work by 3rd week of December 2015 for a charge of Rs.450 and delivered the worst ever stitched Churidar in the 4th week of December. Since then we have been chasing them and they don't even tend to respect the way consumers are to be treated. They accepted to repair the work done by them and did not give us back the product and nor any respect and on 22/02/2015, they called us to speak to a vendor who is engaged in tailoring within the shop. This was the worst nightmare we have ever had. They called us to the shop and was continuously claiming that they cannot do anything to the product neither they will be ready to pay us back even the stitching charges they levied on us. They did not even get us a receipt for this work even upon insisting for the same. We are not even sure if they are a registered shop. Out of all these, they were continually abusing us for questioning them about the output and have a strong feel that a consumer like us cannot do anything about it. I am given to understand that you guys are doing well in handling consumer complaints and hope a small consumer like us will be given JUSTICE. Thanks in advance.
